So Excited!

I am very excited for Christmas! I have searched high and low for some photo cards, and the options at Shutterfly far outweigh the rest. I haven't ordered from them before, but I am for this Christmas! What do you think of their Christmas photo cards? My favorite is the Family Wall in Red. Which is your favorite? Which is your favorite? I like that you can order folded or flat stationery cards. I didn't write a Christmas letter this year, so I'm planning on ordering folded cards so I can write a nice message along with each card.

How about some nice thank yous to send out after the holidays? I am all about the personalization options!

And if you've got a birthday coming up, check out their super cute birthday invitations! I am so over handwriting each detail out on store-bought cards. These have such a nice, clean look.

Pot Roast Sundae

This recipe was inspired by the MN State Fair! It's easy and such a crowd pleaser.

Throw a roast in the crock pot in the morning.

In the evening, mash up some potatoes (or use instant if you prefer). Mix in plenty of cooked corn (drained, if you use canned).

Dish up some potatoes, and top with the tender, shredded roast. Top with a cherry tomato if you like! Enjoy. =)
